Pitavia punctata - an endangered Chilean tree

Is there any information on cultivation of this
rutaceous matorral tree outside of Chile? It's  I
recall a source stating Pitao was a coastal species,
piquing my interest in it for coastal California and
elsewhere. Unfortunately it's listed as severely
endangered.
