Phlomis questions

I have an established Phlomis tuberosa that I am very fond of, but it is in
entirely the wrong spot and I would like to move it. (It looks very cool
near Digitalis obscura) Is anyone familiar with this species? Can I safely
move it? Can I divide it? I like this plant a great deal and would like to
have more, but it does not seem to set viable seed. The seed was very flat
and thin. I have ziplocked some up in an envelope with a moist papertowel
to check, but I am not optomistic.

And what is the best way to propagate Phlomis italica, of which I am also
very fond? And which also did not set seed this year before the May death
heat hit.
