Albizia is a very good choice, and if you can find it in Portugal,
there is a cultivar with purple foliage called 'Summer Chocolate that
is wonderful.
I finally get it here in France but so small, I'm wondering if I'll
see it in flower before my death (I'm 57). I forgot to water it
regularly and he lost all his foliage. Now it's resprouting from the
base (it was only 2 feet high). I suppose it's an american cultivar
because I saw it for the first time in an LA nursery in 2005.
