Re: Puslane

I can't believe the timing.  Tonight I watered my Purslane so that I could pull it out of my flower garden.  Tomorrow morning I will go and pick it up and try one of the recipes.  Here in Greece people pull off the leaves and simply add them to a tossed salad with lemon and olive oil for the dressing.
