Purslane

Interesting topic, I'm very interested in recipes also.  I believe purslane contains a very high amount of Omega - 3 and therefore good for people who can't get Omega-3 by eating fish.  After reading that someone uses it as okra I'm wondering if anyone has coated it and fried it such as we sometimes do okra?  Small but I just might try a few leaves.  I have used it in salads and eaten straight from the garden.
