gardens/nurseries where you can stay

Hi folks -

Been away from the list a while.

I am currently working on a list of gardens and/or nurseries that
also provide travel accommodations.  I think the idea of being able
to stay in a garden or an interesting nursery would enrich one's
experience immensely.  There are a number of nice accommodations
with gardens, but I am looking for gardens of a significant caliber,
and possibly aligned with our mediterranean climate-appropriate
ideas.  Nurseries should also be sympathetic to the same.

I have a working list already (which I will be happy to share in
future) but would love to hear from anyone who knows of or has
stayed in such a place as what I describe.  I'd like to cover all
manner of locations in the mediterranean climate regions of the
world.
