Memorable Menzies

Christiana, Mach - Thanks for the (joint) solution. That was the first
Menzies I thought of, of course, but I'd thought of him always only in
connection with the Pacific NW, so ruled him out in this case - I
didn't know (perhaps more accurately, didn't remember!) that the
Vancouver expedition had been down under.
