Hi Sean,

This message is /so/ weird that I suspect some kind of joke or
"have-on". Perhaps it was some joker who found the List (or your
personal address) by chance and thought he'd have some fun?

Alternatively, I would suspect a computer virus, of the kind that tries
to construct a believable-looking message from bits and pieces taken
from the previous victim's files. Was there an attachment? If so, I
would /strongly/ suspect a virus!
