So, the general consensus of great minds is that is some crestate cactus (Cereus, Azureocereus, or Echinocereus). Probably a cultivar, rather than a naturally fasciated specimen, since the folds go all the way to the base. Hard to accurately
ID without the original specimen, and I don’t totally like it for any of the pictures I’ve seen so far. The color may be natural or it may be beginning to rot, which adds to the difficulty of the ID. But, close enough, and now the Advisor whose county it
