Jim: The Plant Finder lists two suppliers of X. australis. Graham
Jeffery at Trevena Cross Nurseries, Breage, Helston, Cornwall TR13 9PY
(tel 01736-762828) and Madrona Nursery, Pluckley Road, Bethersden,
Kent TN26 3DD (no tel. no. given). Brendan Gallagher at Pantiles
Nursery, Almners Road (that's what it says: missprint for Almoners?),
Lyne, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0BJ (tel 01932-872195) offers X.
preissii. Memory tells me that seed usually appears on the list of the
Australasian Plant Society (Sec. Jeff Irons, Stonecourt, 74 Brimstage
Road, Heswall, Wirral, L60 1XR). No doubt Matt will tell you that B &
T World Seeds offer it, too!

I've never grown the plant myself so can't help on cultivation. Let us
know how you get on.
