Jim, do you know of a book called The RHS Plant Finder.  It lists over
65000 plants and where to buy them, I would be lost without it.  I looked
up Xanthorrhoea australis and the only nursery that lists it is Madrona
Nursery, Harden road, Lydd, Kent TN29 9LT. Tel: (01679) 320868 Contact:
Liam MacKenzie.  They do mail order within the UK and EC. They specialise
in unusual shrubs, conifers & perennials.  I hope this helps!
