I'm more into urban planning. I've noticed a distressing trend in public
plantings towards non-thirsty, low-care plants. Where are the petunias in
huge Victorian swathes? The celosia plunked dutifully down in soldierly rows
by every corporate walkway? It's time mass bedding of tender annuals made a
comeback.
