I would certainly welcome occasional threads on vegetable growing.
Judging by the recent buzz generated on pomegranite culture and recipes,
there seem to be a large number of culinary minded folks on this list.
I recall that we've had recent threads on non
medit plants e.g. bananas, roses and even chickens and insect eating! so
exchanges on vegetable growing
tailored to a
medit climate would seem an appropriate topic. Besides, what would a lot
of mediterranean cuisines be like without the cucumber, tomato, and
potato? I do think vegetables deserve a spot on this list.
