Well, I only have your ordinary Zingiber officinale. I have seen some
pictures and while the flowers arent that remarkable, I do like the look
of the foliage. I've been thinking of buying one of the more ornamental
gingers, or possibly one of the ornamental and edible types (there is a
Japanese relative to Z. officinale, that the Japanese use the flowers for
tempura.
Stokes also has a rather nice collection of them i've noticed.
