Delachampia dioscoraeifolia from seed

I was wondering if anyone in the group might have
experience with germinating this vine from seed? My
vine set a small amount of seed this past fall, and I
have had several people in Australia asking to send
some, but have no idea if it is viable without another
plant to cross polinate it, or what it prefers to
germinate. This is a pretty cool member of the
Euphorbiacea family form Ecuador/Columbia with vivid
purple bracts, and is a rampant grower which can bloom
most all year here in warmer parts of California.

Another question as well, about another vine, Oxera
pulchella. I also have seed from this vine, and was
wondering what it might take to germinate, or how long
the seed remains viable. I am not really that
experienced with growing much from seed, as I also
don't have the room or conditons to get seed started,
but would be glad to distribute this seed to those
wanting some. I had originally gotten this vine from
Steve Brigham down in San Diego, and it is another
rather uncommon vine with beautiful white trumpet like
flowers which can bloom off and on throughout the
year.

Anyone with knowledge of germinating either of these?
