Allium triquestrum and leucojum aestivum are definitely not the same plant. Leucojum is a very desirable plant, if you are lucky, it will form a clump much as a happy daffodil will. It is a bulb, does not have an onion smell and very different in real life. I'm sure a line drawing could look quite similar, at a casual glance they look similar. I grow both in my garden, Allium triquestrum will take over your garden, it is not a bulb. I do know people who cook with the allium triquestrum. The leaves of the two are very different and so are the flowers and the fragrance or odor.
