Nan's question about cutting back this
salvia. I cut it back some, but not too soon. It can be discouraged
if cut too heavily and too soon in the growing season. For instance, this
Monday I trimmed only the really dead looking twigs off mine, but will probably
do a bit more to make it put out some fresh bushiness once it starts actively
growing again.
