Zone 12 simply bottoms out 10 degrees warmer than Zone
11: 50F. Thus, large areas of lowland Hawai'i, Puerto
Rico, USVI, etc. would fall in this zone. I suppose
lowland PR & American Samoa might even fall into a
Zone 13! (>60F)
