"Zones 10-12"?
 
When was a Zone 12 delineated?
 
I thought Zone 11 was designed a few years back for those few areas in the U.S. (extreme sw San Diego and extreme southern Florida) that were totally frost free.
 
What's more mild than "frost free"?
