Thirty-eight years ago I planted a small plant. It is now 40 ft high. It is 30 yards away from the house on a hill. It does not block anyone's view but mine (just a bit). There are several roses going up its side. When my house and garden are gone it will still be here. That gives me a great deal of pleasure. bill grant |
