Sounds like great idea to me. Its about time someone passed
the same law in Adelaide where it is currently brown all over
because of the dead lawns suffering in the heat. I'm in the
process of converting our lawn to native garden but most
people have horrible brown and straggly foriegners in a dead
lawn. Either that or they use more water than is good for
the environment to keep it green.
