Cyndi,
The Susquanas (e.g. Christmas camellia) bloom in early winter, sometimes
as early as November.  The others, the japonicas and varigated bloom
later, late winter into spring.

There are several very good camellia shows in my area, think the Peninsula
Camellia Society's is this weekend in Redwood City and there should be one
for Santa Clara Camellia Society also soon.
