That makes the second person on the list who met Lester Rowntree, I
think - Bill Grant being the first one I knew of.

I'm actually (small world of large coincidences...) writing something
about L.R. at the moment, so if your memory runs to any details of
what she said or impressions of what she was like as a person, I'd be
delighted and grateful to have'em. (Mail me direct if it might be
thought 'off topic' to this list? - though I wouldn't have thought
so.)
