Just be thankful you do not have hippopotamuses raiding your garden!
They are
far worse then pigs! This was a known hazard in Kenya gardens if one
lived near a river or lake. A two-ton hippo tramping around among one's
vegies makes a fearful mess! What they don't eat (and a large cabbage is
only one bite!), they trample with their huge feet, crushing them into
the ground.
