Have you thought of burning? I don't know whether the oxalis in question would
be fire-resistant or not. Being bulbous, it might survive fire - but if it
evolved in a non-fire areas, it might not. Burning is, however, a good way to
get rid of non-native grasses that will also be competing with your native
grasses and wildflowers (which will survive fire quite nicely).
Or you might rent or borrow a goat or two, since oxalis comes up here before the
native grasses and wildflowers anyway. I assume goats eat oxalis - they seem to
eat anything, including young thistles and blackberries (which I presume you
also don't want).
