Allesandra,
A very good american mail-order tree nursery that carries that tree is Forest
Farm, in Oregon. I estimate thier catlaog lists over 2,000 varieties of trees
and shrubs. They have a website: www.forestfarm.com and they can be
reached by telephone at 1-541-846-7269. In their spring, 2000 catalog, they
listed sizes of that tree in 1-gallon and 5-gallon, as well as what they call
"tubes" (I think they are also called liners - very small young things). During
December and January and during the summer, they ship to Texas only by air,
which is very expensive. February - April they ship via surface transportation.

(no frost yet this winter).
