Re: vinegar/dandelions


Dear Moira,

Since living in Greece I have altered my view of dandelions.  They are a
delicious edible plant high in iron and minerals and much coveted in Greek
cuisine.  Pick before flowers form, clean thoroughly, boil and serve with
olive oil and vinegar.  A much better way to use vinegar on dandelions in my
opinion!
