telopea and Hymenosporum flavum

Do anyone have experiences with sowing Telopea sp. and Hymenosporum flavum.
I find quite contradictory sowing temperatures, and needing or not
temperature differences between day and night like for Protea sp., for both
species in books but also in internet.
