Re: Amsonia hubrichtii and illustris

I grow Amsonia tabernaemontana and A. salicifolia with reasonable
success in very gravelly soil that was once a pathway since dug over and
in. I watered the plants by hand for the first few summers but now they
seem well established I don't bother and they flower well. They are in a
semi=shaded position with dappled light in the afternoon.
