I stand corrected.  I meant to say organic green waste as opposed to animal waste instead of implying/stating that animal waste compost is not organic.  The focus of my statement was mostly about the potential for a high salt content with the animal waste not that it isn't organic. (I better start reading what I type a little closer before sending).  You make a good point about chemicals use.
