Greetings to all from the Algarve,
Portugal.
17'C (63'F) today and blue skies.
I'm thinking of trying Romneya coulteri from seed
this year. I do think that it is a stunning plant. On the web I see that
some are using smoke to get the seeds to germinate. I would love to hear from
all of you in California (and elsewhere!) who have experience with germinating
this species.
I am on a clay soil and I hope that this will
control its wandering tendencies!!
Good growing.
