1997 CRFG Scion Exchaanges

For all of you living in Northern California who like to grow unusual
edibles, the following events may be of interest.

"That event that all CRFG'ers (members of the California Rare Fruit
Growers) await in great anticipation is coming this month. It's the Annual
Scion Exchange, a chance for members (and the general public) to pick up
free scion wood and other cuttings of hard-to-find fruit varieties, plus
tubers, seeds, cataloges, etc. Literature and experts are also available.
There are grafting demonstrations and plenty of opportunity for one-on-one
questions. So, bring your plastic bags, a waterproof pen and some labels
and a curiosity about fruit growing!"
