I would say ' seldom seen' rather than 'very uncommon'. My patch is
rather too large for its spot and if anyone on this side of the Atlantic
wants a bit please let me know. It flowered beautifully last year
following heavy manuring, but nothing to equal the enormous stems I saw
at the International Flower Trade show in Holland last Autumn - they were
easily five feet high with spathes about a foot long - quite magnificent
and just dear old 'Green Goddess'.
