Zantedeschia and leonotis


Zantedeschia sap makes an indelible mark on fabrics.  The stain doesn't 
appear until after you've washed the garment.  (The sap from crotons and 
banana plants produce the same effect)  Absolutely nothing will shift 
it. When we moved here years ago there were Zantedeschias naturalised 
along the banks of the creek at the bottom of the garden.  They  
pop up in different parts of the garden and are a bit of a nuisance.  

Here in South Australia my white leonotis (about 1.5 m tall and 
bushy) has been flowering for months.  It really does put on the most 
spectacular show.  It takes very easily from cuttings.
