Barry, your bucket and Mexican pebble spring sounds just like what I was
imagining for a water feature near my patio.  Could you tell us how you built
it?  I tried a tiny pond made of my daughter's cast-off wading pool and
discarded sidewalk pieces, and it looked adorable until the raccoons and/or
possums came to use it as a saladbar/bathtub/toilet.  I eventually filled it
in and now have a bog garden. Hmph. I thought perhaps pebbles wouldn't look so
desirable to the local wildlife, cats, and dogs.  Thanks - Kay Dreher,
