Mexican Bamboo?

I'm trying to source seeds of the so-called, 'Mexican Bamboo' -
Yushania aztecorum.  Does anyone know of a supplier of this?  Ideally,
I would have preferred to get hold of a plant, but I suspect it may
not be available here in Europe and it is not practical to buy live
plants from the US or Central America.
