Re: Taxonomy, Texts & Chinese Foxgloves

Tim Longville gave us an interesting review of the book FYNBOS. Yes, Tim, I
also thought it was one of the better books on the subject. Photography and
text were both excellent. I understand, however, that it is now out of
print. The discussion of the various veld types was really terrific. The
South African mediterranean area is incredibly rich in plants on account of
the variety of sub-climates that have developed and the way these climate
regions show vegetation that has adapted to them makes great reading - not
dry as you might think at first.
