Rosa minutifolia is state-listed endangered in California, so it is unlikely you will find any commercial sources for it.

UC Botanical Garden, where the LARGE cats are seldom seen but much appreciated. The cyclone fence discourages deer but not the cats, who can carry a deer over a 6-ft. fence. There have been few sightings (two at the fence and one nearby) and one confirmed "scat" within the Garden fence since July 1998. The university expert estimates a population of 3 adults, one male and two females in our area (parts of Alameda Co. and adjacent western Contra Costa County).
