Hi Tim,
I am growing L.hastata .I have been told that seed from California, where
mine came from, should produce plants hardy to -7c ( 20F ) but in the last
few weeks my plants overwintering outside for the first time have vanished
despite not having had temperatures that low...yet. I am hoping that they
will reappear in the spring and that the unending rain has not seen them off
permanently. The one I have in the greenhouse is still in full leaf . I also
have some seed from my plants if you'd like to try it?
Like Rich, I have just received some seed of L. fragrans from California
..I'll let you know about that later.
