Dear Ellen,
it is not invasive at all. The seeds are rare and difficult to
germinate. It does not form many bulbills. The dormant bulbs do not
like humidity during the summer months. Apart from that it is easy to
grow, very close to Allium and produces a very rigid flower stalk with
