Re: Morning Glory -Convolvulus sepium


Thanks to all, (Loren, Diane, etc.), for giving me
more useful information on the weediness aspects of C.
sepium.  It does sound like something to be avoided as
a general principle, although it also appears that it
requires a riparian environment to survive here in
drier California, if it is only found along the delta
here in Sacramento/San Joaquim counties.  This would
be reason enough to exclude it, as our riparian areas
through out the state are aready under enough assaults
by foreign exotics.

I was not intending to grow it, but was just curious
about something which isn't seen locally...
