Cuyamaca cypress

I am about to inherit two Cuyamaca cypress that have been growing in pots for at least 5 years. I'd like to plant these out in the garden, they are about 2 1/2' tall. Does anyone know how tall they will get under low water garden conditions and what their preferred growing conditions would be?

I am about 3 miles from the coast in San Diego, more inland climate than coastal.
