It's wonderful to get so many e-mails from all over the world.

We used to know where the person was from by the email handle

But no more!

Most of us seem to be from the US. We accept that.

But we have a lot of wonderful people and messages from many wonderful and intriguing places in the world.

Please, would all you great people 'in foreign climes' (foreign to me, that is) identify where you're from so we can have a Spockian 'mind meld' when we read your missive!

I have both plants in my garden, and I also find them to have green rather than grey folliage. I don't see any diference in the leve color of both plants. Also all the C. salvifolius that grow wild around here are dark green and not grey or greyish.

In our garden in California, both these plants are green without a hint of grey.  The prostratus form is a bit lighter green (toward yellow rather than grey).  Both have the same soil, drainage, sun exposure.

The  RHS Index  and the Filippi Catalogue refer to the leaf colour of C. Salvifolius as grey-green or 'greyish' and make no distinction between the upright and prostrate forms.
