Unknown Succulents

A friend of mine who lives in Santa Rosa bought somewhat on a whim
about 20 or so plants, all succulents of some sort from an older woman
via Craigslist. I couldn't give her any specific species/cultivars
because I haven't really gotten into succulents, but I thought some of
you might be able to tell what she has. I'll post the links to each
picture she took below:

The only one I could tell was likely the Epiphyllum (I think) on the right.

Some sort of aloe with other succulents

Any ideas on what she bought? I'm guessing the woman she purchased
them from simply grew them without much knowledge of what they were.
