Mexican Mock Orange (Philadelphus mexicanus)
This gives a good fragrant evergreen hedge almost 1m thick and 3+ m high.
Seems to flower best about 4 weeks or so after storms. Nice dark green
foliage. it is very hardy and dought tolerant. i don't know if it is frost
tolerant as well.
Evergreen shrub to 3m studded all over with exquisite fragrant Orange
blossom shaped flowers.
