I am also intersted in what it does as a dye plant given its name
"tinctoria" Any ideas?
I have discoved that some Impatiens are used by the Chinese for pain.
When my wife sprained her ankle some time ago I put her foot in a decoction
of the herb.
it worked very well.
in fact it anesthetised her foot completly!
Any chance of tinctoria seeds?
