Dear Liz,

There are dozens of ancient bushes of this around St Peters, 
Marden, Joslin, Rose Park, Wayville, Hyde Park areas - all settled 
and suburban by the 1920's. There are several uge ones at 
CARRICK HILL estate in Springfield. All flower well and set large 
pear shaped seed pods. I wonder what more you could do to trigger 
flowering?
