Just wanted to let you know that Yellow Salsify turned up in my flower bed
years ago & I have cultivated it.  Then, a few years ago, I got seeds for
the purple Salsify and it is taller, larger flowers & larger seeds than the
yellow and even prettier.  Both are blooming & setting seed as we speak.
Sorry, no recipes, though.  Judy Showers (Pennsylvania zone 6b)
