Last fall I planted five garlic cloves which were sprouting. All of them
grew flower stalks which has never happened in the past when I've grown
garlic. I pulled all of them and the flower head on top is starting to open
and has many seeds(?) which look like mini garlic bulbs.
Would these develop into heads if planted? How long would it take? Would
they have opened as flowers had I left the plants in the ground?
