I will most definitely visit your nursery again and, as soon as I get the mower, I will start trying to entice the brachypodium into the lawn to be.

Sure, Francisco, Brachypodium ramosum makes a great lawn. If ever you come back to see us I'll show you our Brachypodium lawn (I'm very proud of it !). For those who don't know it, Brachypodium is our native grass of the garrigue, very drought tolerant, and stays green in winter. Doesn't need any watering, you have to mow it two or three times a year. Not as soft to touch as Zoysia though, but you can't have everything...
